Chess boards

A tournament chess board is a flat, non-folding board of the kind used in competitions. Choose it if you play in a club or train in tournament conditions.

Which board to choose

• No. 5, 48x48 cm: suits Staunton No. 5 pieces (king about 90 mm). Made of natural wood veneer, 1.4 cm thick.
• No. 6, 54x54 cm: a large birch board for No. 6 and larger pieces.
